How May We Best Prepare for Old Age?

How do you prepare?

Edgar Cayce answered this way:

“By preparing for the present. Let age only ripen you. For a person is always just as young as their heart and their purpose. Stay sweet. Stay friendly. Stay loving if you want to stay young."

This past Sunday I participated in a healing workshop. It was not my first; I myself have offered spiritual healing in the past. But this workshop sparked a new understanding of Cayce’s words.

We each are energy. Also called vibration, this is the Universal Life Force that flows through us and all. The higher the energy or vibration, the better we feel in our physical, emotional, and mental bodies. Don’t you feel better when you are happy and peaceful (higher vibrations) than when you are fearful and angry (low vibrations)?

When we keep ourselves in a sweet, friendly, loving space, we keep our energy at higher vibrations. The higher the vibration, the healthier and happier we are.

And the healthier and happier our workplace.
